How It Works
Your Questions Answered
How soon can you value my items?
It typically takes a maximum of 7 days, from receiving your enquiry to providing you with an appraisal. Your items can then be catalogued to appear in our next auction.
How quickly can my items go to auction?
Once your items have been appraised, they can be photographed and catalogued for inclusion in our next auction.
We hold three auctions a month.
Are valuations free?
We provide two services, depending on your requirements;
- Appraisals – For anyone wishing to send items to auction, typically appraisals are free of charge.
- Valuations – Where valuations are for insurance or probate (including house clearances) fees may apply.
Do I need to bring my items to you?
No. We can visit you to appraise your items. Alternatively you can contact our team for details of our next valuation day/event.
I’ve never sold items at auction before…
That’s not uncommon, most people selling at auction are doing so for the first time.
Our team are on hand to guide you through the entire process, from appraisal to sale, aiming to provide you with the best outcome.
Will you buy my items?
No, we don’t buy or resell any items.
